1. Processing Time
Because every item is custom-printed specially for you after you place your order, it takes time to print, quality-check, and package.
- Order Production Time: Typically takes **2 to 5 business days** (Monday through Friday).
2. Shipping Times & Estimates
Once your item has been printed and dispatched, transit times vary depending on your delivery location:
- Standard Shipping: Usually takes **5 to 10 business days** after fulfillment.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, peak holiday seasons, or unforeseen logistical issues.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and the weight/type of the items ordered. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number (if applicable) so you can monitor your package’s journey right to your doorstep.
5. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Packages
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.
